2020 Libra Full Moon – Realize Your True Friends… or Enemies

Today, on April 7, 2020 at 10:36 PM EST over Washington D.C., the Moon becomes Full in Libra in the 10^th house. This Full Moon is unaspected unless you count the quincunx to Neptune. There will be a big push for Congress to act on this.

But will Congress act and put together a 4^th coronavirus bill? I have have my doubts about it since Venus in the ruler other the 11^th House and it is located in Gemini in the 7^th House. Unless both the Democrats and Republican parties are in agreement I don’t see this happening within the next 2 to 4 weeks.
